Description - Hole 17

A long par 5, #17 demands three quality shots from most players, if they are thinking about making par or birdie. From the tee box, the player is required to hit a tee shot over a creek and valley, into a fairly narrow, tree-lined fairway. Second shots usually end up between 150 to 100 yards from the green, in a relatively narrow part of the fairway. The green is large, relatively flat, so a good third shot can result in a birdie putt. As with most Par 5’s, average golfers are always happy with par.
